Sahih Muslim 2333
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي، بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَدَقَةٌ " . قِيلَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ قَالَ " يَعْتَمِلُ بِيَدَيْهِ فَيَنْفَعُ نَفْسَهُ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ " . قَالَ قِيلَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ قَالَ " يُعِينُ ذَا الْحَاجَةِ الْمَلْهُوفَ " . قَالَ قِيلَ لَهُ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ قَالَ " يَأْمُرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوِ الْخَيْرِ " . قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ قَالَ " يُمْسِكُ عَنِ الشَّرِّ فَإِنَّهَا صَدَقَةٌ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Sa’id b. Abu Burda, d’après son grand-père رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Donner l’aumône est une obligation pour chaque musulman. » On lui demanda : « Et s’il n’en a pas les moyens ? » Il répondit : « Qu’il travaille de ses mains, se rende utile à lui-même et donne l’aumône. » On demanda : « Et s’il ne peut pas ? » Il répondit : « Qu’il aide le nécessiteux ou la personne en difficulté. » On demanda : « Et s’il ne peut même pas cela ? » Il répondit : « Qu’il ordonne le bien. » On demanda : « Et s’il ne peut pas ? » Il répondit : « Qu’il s’abstienne du mal, car cela aussi est une aumône pour lui. »
