Muwatta Malik 1391
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ، بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَقَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Traduction
Ibn Chéhab a rapporté qu'il a demandé Sa'id Ibn Al-Moussaiab au sujet de payer pour la location de la terre; en or ou en argent»? Il me répondit: «Il n'y a pas de mal à cela»
