Muwatta Malik 1263
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ هَذِهِ الأَحَادِيثَ الثَّلاَثَةَ، قَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ تُوُفِّيَ أَبُوهَا أَبُو سُفْيَانَ بْنُ حَرْبٍ فَدَعَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِطِيبٍ فِيهِ صُفْرَةٌ خَلُوقٌ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ فَدَهَنَتْ بِهِ جَارِيَةً ثُمَّ مَسَحَتْ بِعَارِضَيْهَا ثُمَّ قَالَتْ وَاللَّهِ مَا لِي بِالطِّيبِ مِنْ حَاجَةٍ غَيْرَ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُحِدَّ عَلَى مَيْتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثِ لَيَالٍ إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجٍ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا " .
Translation
Houmaid Ibn Nafe' a rapporté que Zainab Ibn Abi Salama lui a raconté trois hadiths, disant: «J'étais chez Oum Habiba, la femme du Prophète r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) juste à la mort de son père Abou Soufian Ibn Harb. Oum Habiba apporta un parfum renfermant du «Soufra -Khoulouq» ou quelque chose de pareille. Puis elle frotta de ce parfum une de ses servantes et passa sa main sur ses joues en disant: «Par Allah, je n' ai pas besoin de me parfumer, cependant j'ai entendu l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) dire: «II n'est pas licite pour une femme croyant en Allah et au jour de la résurrection, d'être en deuil pour plus de trois jours, excepté le cas de son mari, où son deuil devra être de quatre mois et de dix jours». (Tel était le premier hadith)
