Sunan Abu Dawud 1076
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَأَى حُلَّةً سِيَرَاءَ - يَعْنِي تُبَاعُ عِنْدَ بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ - فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوِ اشْتَرَيْتَ هَذِهِ فَلَبِسْتَهَا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلِلْوَفْدِ إِذَا قَدِمُوا عَلَيْكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّمَا يَلْبَسُ هَذِهِ مَنْ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ " . ثُمَّ جَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْهَا حُلَلٌ فَأَعْطَى عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ مِنْهَا حُلَّةً فَقَالَ عُمَرُ كَسَوْتَنِيهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَقَدْ قُلْتَ فِي حُلَّةِ عُطَارِدَ مَا قُلْتَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنِّي لَمْ أَكْسُكَهَا لِتَلْبَسَهَا " . فَكَسَاهَا عُمَرُ أَخًا لَهُ مُشْرِكًا بِمَكَّةَ .
Traduction
Rapporté par ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه vit un habit en soie vendu à la porte de la mosquée. Il dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, si seulement tu achetais cet habit pour le porter le vendredi et lorsque des délégations viennent te voir. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ répondit : « Celui qui n’aura aucune part dans l’au-delà portera ce vêtement. » Plus tard, des habits similaires furent apportés au Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Il en donna un à ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه. ‘Umar lui dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, tu me le donnes alors que tu m’as dit telle et telle chose à propos de l’habit vendu par ‘Utarid. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ répondit : « Je ne te l’ai pas donné pour que tu le portes. » Alors ‘Umar le donna à son frère, qui était non-croyant à La Mecque, pour qu’il le porte
