Sunan Abu Dawud 1027
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقَارِيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، بِإِسْنَادِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا شَكَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلاَتِهِ فَإِنِ اسْتَيْقَنَ أَنْ قَدْ صَلَّى ثَلاَثًا فَلْيَقُمْ فَلْيُتِمَّ رَكْعَةً بِسُجُودِهَا ثُمَّ يَجْلِسْ فَيَتَشَهَّدْ فَإِذَا فَرَغَ فَلَمْ يَبْقَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ ثُمَّ لْيُسَلِّمْ " . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَعْنَى مَالِكٍ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ كَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ وَحَفْصِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ وَدَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ وَهِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ إِلاَّ أَنَّ هِشَامًا بَلَغَ بِهِ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ .
Traduction
Zayd b. Aslam a rapporté selon la chaîne de Malik : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si l’un d’entre vous doute pendant sa prière et qu’il est certain d’avoir accompli trois rak‘ah, il doit se lever et compléter une rak‘ah avec ses prosternations. Ensuite, il s’assoit et récite le tashahhud. Lorsqu’il termine la prière et qu’il ne lui reste plus qu’à saluer, il fait deux prosternations assis, puis il salue. » Le narrateur a ensuite rapporté la tradition similaire à celle de Malik. Abu Dawud a dit : De même, cette tradition a été rapportée par Ibn Wahb d’après Malik, Hafs b. Maisarah, Dawud b. Qais et Hisham b. Sa’d. Mais Hisham l’a attribuée à Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri
