When beginning a meal

بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ

In the name of Allah.

Source: Ibn Majah: 3264

After finishing a meal

اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ الَّذِیۡ أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

Praise be to Allah Who has fed us and given us drink and made us Muslims.

Source: Abu Dawud: 3850

When given a drink

اللَّهُمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي وَأَسْقِ مَنْ أَسْقَانِي

O Allah! Feed him who fed me and give him drink who gave me to drink.

Source: Sahih Muslim: 2055 (a)

Upon drinking milk

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ

O Allah! Bless us in it and give us increase of it.

Source: Abu Dawud: 3730

When dining at someone's house

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ

O Allah! Bless them in what You have provided for them, and forgive them and have Mercy on them.

For someone who offers you a meal

اللَّهُمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي وَأَسْقِ مَنْ أَسْقَانِي

O Allah! Feed him who fed me and give him drink who gave me to drink.

Source: Sahih Muslim: 2055 (a)

When opening your fast (1)

اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

O Allah! For You I have fasted and upon your provision, I have broken my fast.

Source: Abu Dawud: 2358

When opening your fast (2)

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللّٰهُ

Thirst is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is certain if Allaah wills.

For someone who provides you with Iftar

أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الأَبْرَارُ وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ

May the fasting (men) break their fast with you, and the pious eat your food, and the angels pray for blessing on you.

If one forgets to mention Allah at the beginning

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ

In the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end.
